The GYM is happy to announce that weekly classes are being offered to both members and non-members! Classes are included with membership. Non-members may purchase a pass to attend (A Day Pass will need to be bought the day of desired class and is only for 24 hrs).

Shred Zone with Shannon

Spin Class

Ladies and gents, yeah I said gents too, our spin class is everything you could ask for to get you to the middle of the week! Good music sets, good vibes, a solid workout and some fancy lights.
