Weekly Classes!!!

The GYM is happy to announce that weekly classes are being offered to both members and non-members! Classes are included with membership. Non-members may purchase a pass to attend (A Day Pass will need to be bought the day of desired class and is only for 24 hrs)

Tuesdays

Spin Class 
with Shannon

Ladies and gents, yeah I said gents too, our spin class is everything you could ask for to get you to the middle of the week! Good music sets, good vibes, a solid workout and some fancy lights.

Hurry though! Spots fill quick. Limited space - 10 max.

And on Wednesdays... we move some more! Our newest addition with explosive dance and movements! People inspired, a body weight class that will get you moving for the middle of the week to help you finish out strong!

Knock Out with Shannon!

5:30PM

Shannon's newest addition... Knock Out! This is a martial arts based, MMA inspired class. Little bit of kicking, little bit of boxing, plenty of cardio.  All levels are welcome and most of all, it is FUN. Join her on Thursdays and see what it is all about.  No need to sign up, just show up
